Nireco’s Print to Cut Register Control System
From small food wrapping machines to large commercial offset presses, the Cutmatic 5000 meets the needs of various register control applications. This print-to-cut register control system automatically controls cut-off or die-cut registration of any sheeter-folder; face-back registration application, pre-print sheeter, and overprint register control application. The Nireco register control includes an LCD to display actual mark and gate waveforms and keypads for numeric easy operator input. A new electronic change gear feature makes the Nireco Print Register Control easy to install on flexo applications.

- Automatically and speedily selects the optimum mark in the pattern Mark inspection is pattern-based, so a high degree of identification is assured.
- LCD display of a variety of data
- Parameters, gate mark waveforms, deviation, repeat length and other data are displayed on the LCD.

- Data can be entered prior to operation using the flat-panel keypad and is displayed on the LCD.
- High processing speed
- A single-chip microprocessor guarantees high-speed processing.
- Fail-safe circuit
- Operation is automatically stopped when the scanning heads fail to generate signals or when the web speed decelerates.
- Built-in check function
- The controller is equipped with a self-diagnostic function to verify operation.
- Deviation display
- The measured deviation rate is displayed on the LCD.
