Nireco’s Double Sheet Fed and Web Splice Detector System
The Nireco PC 300 paper checking system is a double-sheet detector developed specifically for sheet fed presses. The PC 300 can detect double sheets of any material and prevents them from being fed at once due to operator errors or omissions. In addition to the sheet fed application the PC 300 is also used for detecting web breaks and splices on all roll to roll printing presses. The substrates include paper, aluminum laminate, poly-laminated paper, film and a number of other materials.
