Self Contained, Servo Valve Controlled, Rotary Actuators
For the last five decades, Nireco has provided the most reliable, high performance, electro-hydraulic actuators for critical industrial applications around the globe. The AJ02/AJ03 delivers high performance rotary motion and is ideal for direct control of final elements such as butterfly valves. The AJ series is self contained and requires no external piping. It includes a pump, tank, servo valve, cylinder, filter, and rotary crank shaft in one package. The Nireco servo valve incorporated into the AJ series is unique in that it delivers high performance, yet is capable of sustained operation with ISO 19-21 oil contamination. This high power, high speed actuator includes a built in fail safe feature. It will move to the safe direction, as customer specified, in the event of an electrical fault. Typical applications for the AJ02/AJ03 actuators include sewage treatment plants, chemical plants, incineration, etc.
