Self Contained, Moving Coil, Jet Pipe Controlled, Rotary Actuators
For the last five decades, Nireco has provided the most reliable, high performance, electro-hydraulic actuators for critical industrial applications around the globe. The AJ11/AJ21/AJ41 delivers high performance rotary motion and is ideal for direct control of final elements such as butterfly valves. The AJ series is self contained and requires no external piping. It includes a pump, tank, jet valve, cylinder, filter, and rotary crank shaft in one package. The Nireco jet valve incorporated into this larger AJ series is unique in that it delivers high performance, yet is capable of sustained operation with ISO 21-23 oil contamination. Typical applications for the AJ11/AJ21/AJ41 actuators include steel and iron processing, chemical plants, power plants and refineries, etc. Nireco's Jet Valve AJ Series Actuators are among, if not the, most reliable, long lasting industrial rotary actuator available today. Additional models are available for applications requiring multiple actuators with remote tank/pump installations.
