Nireco America can provide total process support for a wide array of applications in the Commercial Offset, Wide and Narrow Web Flexographic, Gravure, Label and Newspaper printing industries. In addition, Nireco America has vast experience and proven systems for improved web handling and registration for both inline and offline finishing and converting lines.
For the printing industry our systems include closed loop intermediate zone tension controls, color to color registration, tension indicators, web inspection systems, web labeling, web splice detection, and web volume control systems.
For the finishing and converting industry our systems include closed loop tension controls for chills stands and ribbon decks, closed loop velocity controls for outfeed rotary cutters, offset paper checking systems, web splice detectors and auto register controls for perforating, gluing and die cut applications.
Nireco America's systems will improve print quality and machine productivity.
