SGA 3000 STRIP GUIDE AMPLIFIER
High Performance with Stagger and Cascading Controls
The Nireco SGA 3000 is a high-performance, microprocessor based EPC/CPC amplifier for steel guiding in process lines. This compact, panel mount amplifier is designed to accept input signals from capacitance, optical, LED, photo head, and our new electro-magnetic wave sensors. The SGA 3000 features an LED display and membrane type operator controls. A line speed input signal enables automatic gain adjustments to compensate for changes in line speed. Sensor signals can be taken from up to two positions allowing for a cascading type control. For winding applications, the SGA 3000 saves up to four programmable stagger settings.
