Nireco's Web Splice Detector System
Nireco America's web splice detector systems are engineered for use on all types of web applications. The JC100 system detects splices and double thickness in opaque and translucent materials. Standard outputs include normally open and closed contacts to interface directly to your machine. Alternatively, the outputs can connect to a programmable logic controller or an audio / visual alarm system. The complete system comprises of JD101 splice sensor and JC100 splice controller. All components are of a heavy duty industrial design with the controller set up for panel mounting.
